The accomplishment and ensuring of a comfortable environment on our platform presume constructive, honest and serious behaviour of any user. A respectful commerce and denunciation of undesirable behaviour, especially if embodied in discriminating or slanderous ways against users, are essential components of a positive user experience.

Personal Data and Public Visibility

Everybody must give certain required data, which needs to be veridical, to create an account. This applies for service providers in the display of their enterprise and services, as it does for individual users when providing information – particularly if associated with bookings. The correctness of personal data conversely deserves the protection by anyone who necessarily has access to it.

The given data is in any case required not to include insults, racist insinuations or comparable substance. This data is only in connection to a certain purpose to be shared between users, thus it is not applicable to leave the factual level.

Service Procurance

Purpose of the app and any occurrence of our system is to provide a simple way to book appointments at various service providers without any constraints. This is not to be counteracted by users booking appointments without any intent of utilisation of the very appointment, or by service providers arbitrarily or systematically penalising and discriminating against certain specific or groups of users.

Rating System

The platform offers users to truthfully assess used services based on their experience through the build-in rating system. Users are moreover demanded to avail themselves of the assessment to specify the quality of a service for the community. This function may not be misused to distribute defamatory criticism or in a racialistic manner.

Report and Penalty of Misdemeanour

For the protection of the mentioned guidelines and the ensuring of a functional community, we take action against aberrant behaviour. Sent reports must be of genuine nature and need to provide evidence for undesirable behaviour.

Whoever embraces such behaviour in spite of these regulations, has to anticipate constriction in the use of our platform. The severity of those constrictions is correlating with the severity, frequency and kind of violation.
