We’ve made it our mission to comprehensively and reliably simplify the process of booking appointments while shaping it as pleasant as possible. Our service making this possible provides all necessary and various practical and intuitive features. We commit to reliably provide the service, possibly without any disturbances limiting the service’s functionality.
Personalised Functionality
The entirety of our features include primarily such to guarantee a seamless and immediate communication between customers and service providers. This is giving customers possibilities to book appointments with service providers of various industries in their neighbourhood.
Encouragement of a positive, inclusive and secure Environment
Contribution to an inclusive and user-friendly environment presumes adequate behaviour of all users, including the determined fight against abuse. We try to utterly prohibit and pursue abuse as a controlling authority. We also provide support to victimes of such abuse or those being dissatisfied in the use of our platform. In qualified cases, we closely cooperate with law enforcement agencies and authorities.
Guaranteed continuous Appropriation
Contributing to a reliable platform while assuring a seamless access for all users, we’re developing within the existing functionality, as well as on their expansion. Therefore we analyse failures and user behavior to diagnose the system’s resilience. To maximise efficiency of those developments, we plan to make use of artificial intelligence in the future.
Connection and Intermediation based on Interest and Experience
In addition to the general improvement of the services, we prioritise offering a personalised user experience that is based on your own usage of the platform, e.g. preferred service providers and many other individual components. This data is only used internally, is protected against unauthorized access in the best possible way and deleted after processing.
Research and Innovation
As our experience increases, we will use data analytics to advance research to improve our platform. On a voluntary basis, surveys can also be carried out at irregular intervals - particularly with regard to satisfaction and the user experience. Users also have the opportunity to forward ideas to us about the further development and functionality of the service, as well as to report errors.
Funding
Our services are financed through contributions from the service providers for the benefit of the user community, for whom the entire use is continuously free of charge. Advertising partnerships can also contribute to this, but are less of a stable part of it.
Data Security Guidelines
The protection of the data of all those involved in the platform - the users, the service providers and other entities - has the highest priority for us, which is why we protect them according to the highest security standards, limit access to the data to the bare essentials and a procedure undesired by the owner of the data prevent. Your Responsibilities and Liabilities
General Registration Requirements
We want to open our platform to a group of people as large as possible and therefore only have minor requirements that must be present in order to use it. As already described in the course of our mission, we pursue the goal of providing an open, inclusive platform based on the values of the German constitution. Convergent to this, the following requirements must be met:
A minimum age of 18
The use of the platform is not prohibited by applicable law
There has been no previous suspension based on inappropriate behavior and violations of these Terms of Use or our Community Guidelines
There is no previous conviction for sexual offenses, fraudulent offenses or the like
Misdemeanour
In the following, undesirable and forbidden behavior is dealt with in detail and in general. We distance ourselves from it and point out that it will not be tolerated under any circumstances and may result in restrictions in the use of the platform.
Indication of wrong Information
In order to guarantee sensible and carefree use of the app for everyone involved, it is important that both users and service providers provide truthful information - whether when searching for and booking appointments or in presenting their own company. False statements or misleading information can be reported and punished.
Illegality
Unlawful acts are also strictly prohibited on our platform. When dealing with booking partners, it is essential to have adequate communication that excludes insults, threats or blackmail. Likewise, evaluations must be written objectively, without insults or slander, as both are far from critical reflection. The legal relationship between user and service provider does not deviate from the customary legal relationship with regard to the service.
Violation of Guidelines
Violations of one of these guidelines, or guidelines that we have otherwise disseminated and communicated, are to be punished depending on the severity. We reserve the right to evaluate this and the sentencing.There is no minimum penalty required. Depending on the case, this can also be closed without direct punishment. In the case of less serious violations, warnings can be issued, which are noted in the respective account, and in the case of subsequent violations result in higher penalties.We also reserve the right to temporarily or permanently ban accounts, which also prohibits the creation of new accounts indefinitely.In the event of violations that cast doubt on the motive for serious use of the platform, we may require the user to verify their identity (using a valid identity card), which is otherwise unnecessary, in order to unblock the account. In this case it is also prohibited to create a new account.
Disturbance of Services
We take sharp and, if necessary, legal action against impairment and disruption of the service through any exploitation of errors, technical methods, hacking, with the help of bots or other conceivable ways. The functions provided by the app can only be used to the extent that this is customary in the market.
Data Access and Disposal
Unauthorized creation of accounts, access to third-party accounts, as well as the sale, purchase, licensing or publication of data that are not intended for third parties will not be tolerated and, if possible, legally prosecuted. Violations of personality of this kind and of a similar nature are prevented by our high security measures with regard to data, but cannot be completely ruled out, which is why consistent punishment of violations is essential.
Product Adaption
Changes, modifications and further developments are constantly being made to our products, which are only allowed to be distributed by us and officially. A change, reverse engineering, or similar action with our products, applications or components of these is strictly prohibited. Said modifications also include translations of applications or terms that are not officially communicated in the same way.
Authority of Our Services
The authorizations that we reserve for our services and products include all those that are directly related to the functional scope of the applications, are beneficial to the design of the user experience or are otherwise related to our warranties and obligations.
Use of Personal Data
Our services require a specific transfer and use of personal data of the users, which represents both the minimum and the maximum amount of data traffic. This means that user data is only used or passed on to the extent that the functions of our products require it.
Interaction with Advertisement, Content and Service Providers
In order to improve our services and to analyze user behavior for the purpose of research and improvement of our services, we reserve the right, with the consent of the user, to save the interactions between them and advertisements, content and service providers and to use them anonymously in statistics.
Software Updates
We reserve the right to regularly publish updates to our apps and applications that contain bug fixes, innovations, etc., and which may or may not be necessary for further use of the app. Updates to our platforms may be accompanied by changes to our general terms and conditions or adjustments to other guidelines we have written, which are communicated transparently in the event of updates in accordance with applicable law.
Legal Reservation
In the following, legal reservations are discussed separately, which neither limit nor expand a binding to reservations of applicable law, but only apply insofar as this is permissible. We therefore do not waive unnamed legal reservations.
Inadequacy of Information
The inappropriateness of information on our platforms is up to our free evaluation and is punished according to our value judgment.
Style Guide
The intellectual property of our trademarks may only be used in accordance with our trademark provisions or with special permission.
Blocking of Content or Accounts
The blocking of content or accounts is a strong interference with the freedom of our users, which is why this only takes place under certain, necessary circumstances. If we consider a wrong decision, the person concerned is free to lodge an objection in order to have the circumstance re-examined.
Rights following this Agreement
This agreement does not grant any rights to third parties; the transfer of rights to third parties is not possible without our consent. Rights and obligations on our part can be transferred to others if, for example, our ownership changes or the legal process requires this.
We are only liable without limitation to the extent of the statutory provisions. This includes damage to the legal interests of life, physical integrity, and in the case of intent, negligence, as well as in accordance with the Product Liability Act. Taking into account the cases mentioned, we are only liable for slight negligence in the event of a significant breach of duty in accordance with this regulation. Essential are those obligations on whose compliance the user trusts, which are necessary to fulfill the provisions and whose violation limits the purpose-related compliance with this agreement.
Liability regarding Issues
Disputes regardless of the subject of the claim and the claim itself, legal prosecution is possible in the country in which the person concerned has his main residence. The court decision is to be applied after the decision without taking into account conflict of law provisions. This provision is equally applicable to legal entities, insofar as it is possible to apply it sensibly.
Disputes regarding the use of our services, especially in a commercial or business context, are to be examined by German courts exclusively under German law. The application of conflicting law is excluded.
Modification of these Terms of Use
We reserve the right to adapt and renew these terms of use as far as possible and necessary. By using the platform and any of our services, both the user and the service provider automatically consent to the latest version of these guidelines.
